The text of the amendment is as follows: In subtitle F of title I of the bill-- (1) redesignate section 1505 as section 1506; and (2) insert after section 1504 the following new section: SEC. 1505. PAPER BALLOT PRINTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 301(a) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. 21081(a)), as amended by section 1504, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(8) Printing requirements for ballots.--All paper ballots used in an election for Federal office shall be printed in the United States on paper manufactured in the United States.''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 172, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Kim) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
