But they are reliable, and they are part of why America's families in the middle class grew so strong.

And I think all of us applaud a small business man or woman who figures out a way not only to make a profit, but at the same time to offer decent affordable health care to their employees.

But at the end of the day, what we are talking about is trying to figure out how to make a tax credit that is going to small businesses who offer health care to the employees work.

This, at the end, is a bridge. This tax credit is a bridge to get us to the point in 2014 when we have the full implementation of the historic health care reform.

Let me make sure we are clear on what we are talking about with regard to currency manipulation.
