I just want to especially commend the director, Les Brownlee, for the outstanding job he has done. He has done one of the best jobs since I have been in the Senate in connection with a defense bill. I also would like to commend Arnold Punaro, the director on the minority side, for doing such a fine job. He has been in the Senate since 1973. We have been very fortunate to have Les Brownlee and Arnold Punaro to work with us on this defense bill.
