On behalf of Senator Jeffords, I offer an amendment that would codify and extend the Executive Order 12873 requirement regarding Federal agency use of recycled content paper by providing for increased Department of Defense purchases of such paper for copy machines. Mr. President, I believe this amendment has been cleared by the other side. I urge the Senate to adopt it.
