The suggestion that this program should be narrowed to only those who would not otherwise have broadband seems to me to ignore the reality of family budgets.
We should definitely make sure that they are taking down content that is harming especially our children.
Permitting should not be overly burdensome. Construction of these critical projects should not be delayed by endless reviews or unreasonable fees.
Once again, I think public-private partnerships are key in that effort of connectivity.
