I would venture to say--I am in Los Angeles, and in my community where I grew up in Pacoima, law enforcement seemed to be the answer to treating people with addictions or addressing the issue of people with the addictions.

Honestly, it came down to prayers and aspirin, which are--which was the way that we handled things most of the time.
What we don't do here--what I hope and pray that we don't do in Congress--is take it for granted that everything is going to be just fine.
