My bill would provide $200 million per year for five years for 100 school-based pilot programs on mental health nationwide.

H.R. 1109 is supported by the Mental Health Liaison Group, which consists of 51 mental health organizations.

It would support and implement comprehensive culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
