Tony Cárdenas: “I believe that every Republican and every Democrat does believe in their heart that we represent everybody.”

There is no doubt in my mind this program has saved lives.

The fact remains that for far too many American households, in both Democratic and Republican districts, the monthly cost of an internet connection is not affordable enough to them.

I am concerned that these rules do not take into consideration constituencies like the majority of the constituents in my district that primarily speak Spanish.

So actually some cleaner fossil fuel methods are allowed under this program?
