I point out that the RICO amendment, which the gentleman is accurate in stating that I will soon offer, was in fact inadvertently left out of the bill when we combined the Commerce and Judiciary portions. It was in the original bill introduced on January 4, also in the original bill of last year and introduced and made public as part of the Contract With America in October. It has always been in the bill.
