Had I been present for the day's vote series, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 190, on ordering the previous question; ``yea'' on rollcall No. 191, on the rule providing for the consideration of S. 524; ``nay'' on rollcall No. 192, on approval of the journal; and ``yea'' on rollcall No. 193, on passage of S. 524 or the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, as modified by the House amendment. ____________________
