It appears from your dialogue here that you are rather emotional about an issue, and I may be going the wrong way, and I certainly do not want to go against a colleague, but I though it would be a nice gesture on our part to collect funds and buy a flak jacket for the President. I just want to make sure that that is not offensive to the line of dialog that you are using here.
