I urge that the Subcommittee to include language in its Labor, HHS, and Education and Related Agencies bill that expressly prohibits the use of appropriations for any HHS program in support of activities which attempt to downsize or close a Medicaid-licensed Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
