Sam Farr is a former Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, serving California's 17th congressional district from 1993 to 2015. During his tenure, Farr was known for his advocacy on environmental issues, particularly in relation to coastal protection and sustainable agriculture. The only way it will have American innovation to go into is through federal investments in innovation.
So what we are basically asking for is a restoration of money to the system that has been cut.
