I can't imagine a better priority than for the communities now left to provide educational services for soldiers, families, as they return from overseas.

There is no funding for schools. The Department of Defense says, 'Well, that's taken care of in the local infrastructure funding.'

I have seen firsthand the importance of our defense communities.
