I understand. The title of the book was ``The Dysfunctional President.'' I never heard of it. That could mean politically dysfunctional. I read the subtitle. I accept that because it discussed behavior. Gennifer Flowers. I had a discussion with the Parliamentarians here whether I could ever say her name on the floor. I disagree with him so let us try this. Emery Dalton books, do not read it, it is stupid. It comes under the heading--I cannot read the subtitle because it involves cocaine. But Gennifer Flowers wrote a book called ``Passion and Betrayal.'' Tough, she deserved to be betrayed. Now, here is one, ``The Sixties: Years of Hope, Days of Rage.'' That is a book from the 1980's, Bantam, captures the essence of the new left. That is a fabulous book that I have read. ``The Sixties: Years of Hope, Days of Rage.'' But it is about 80 percent puffery; 20 percent lets you know the modus operandi of people who were stoned most of the time. The Glazers, husband and wife, Myron and Penina, ``Whistleblowers: Exposing Corruption In Government and Industry.'' Well, that is bipartisan. That takes place everywhere. ``Reporting the Counterculture,'' Richard Goldstein. Sounds good. I know the next one is good, Mr. Speaker, ``The Federalist Papers,'' by Alexander Hamilton. James Madison. We finally passed his 27th amendment that we cannot give ourselves pay raises while we are sitting here.…
