I thank the gentleman for yielding. Mr. Chairman, in my statement I did not say that we were not allowing the grazing, the mining, the private property owners, the hiking, the rock collecting and such to continue, because the bill does specifically allow those activities to continue. But what I was trying to point out in my statement is that it is a false promise to tell people that these activities are going to continue if the access to those activities to no longer allowed. That is the reason for my amendment.
