In the Republican budget, there are still $11 billion of user fees, flood insurance, homebuyers for FHA, air travelers, barge traffic on inland waterways, veterans seeking housing, health insurance for civil servants. Would the gentleman join with me to remove those user fees that are in the Republican budget? I would like to help him.
