that is the question. I would therefore, Mr. Speaker, like to address a question to the author of the bill. Would she be willing, as you have said, she has the clear authority to withdraw her motion, amend it so that 1 million Americans would have extra time to sign up and save the money and then resubmit it to the House. Then I am sure we will all support her resolution. I would be glad to yield to the gentlewoman from Connecticut if she would care to respond.
