I just want to see if there is not one other myth. There has been a myth that we have a different policy for Cuba than we do for China. But I do not think that is true, because I think the President continues to deny medicine and food to the children in Cuba at the same time that the President countenances children who are selected for starvation in China. So I see a very consistent policy in our administration toward both Cuba and China, and that is to ignore the plight of children in both of those countries.
