Those 43,000 people are not just anecdotes. They are people too, who will lose their care if this is repealed.
The CBO has said it would lead to an increase in overall national health spending as seniors and people with disabilities are moved into less efficient, more costly private plans.
I am concerned about the proposals or any proposals that would shift costs to beneficiaries. Doing so I think would devastate them.
