Oh, and it is going to increase them, without a doubt. We are going to have to be less reliant on the State water.

Pete Aguilar is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing California's 31st congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, he has served in Congress since January 6, 2015. Aguilar has focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and economic development during his tenure. We are going to have to look at additional strategies, recycling and--and those are the issues that I think are important to us as local communities.
I appear before you as a representative of a city in an area where the economy will be severely impacted by the new Santa Ana Sucker boundaries drawn by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
There is no question the expansion of the critical habitat of the Santa Ana Sucker will bring dire economic consequences for our communities.
