So the premise that some of those dollars could be used to improve the capability of the airplane may be true, but I think our Air Force would come back and tell you that we have a few other higher priorities that we need to fix if we have the opportunity of putting that money against such things as bringing combat squadrons back up to combat readiness status or buying back some of the F-35 capability we lost.
