Nancy Patricia Pelosi is an American politician serving as the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives since January 2019, and previously from 2007 to 2011. She is a member of the Democratic Party and has represented California's 12th congressional district in the House of Representatives since 1987, making her one of the longest-serving members of Congress.
