Capital is not something that is locked away, but, rather, it is a source of funds that banks can redeploy.
From urban to rural America, there simply aren't enough affordable homes.
I am pleased they are using these tools as intended.
I do believe that based on what we understand about the profit margins of the banks, they could really afford to do it.
