We place full trust and confidence in our ranking member and then, across the aisle, this chairman that has demonstrated on more than one occasion not only his willingness to work out problems but certainly his expertise and his leadership in doing it. So I would ask both sides of the aisle to join with us and place our trust with these two Members to go to conference with general direction to resolve this in the best interests of the people that we all want to serve and the beneficiaries.
