I would like to share with her how appreciative I am for the time that she has taken to organize this Special Order for the Congressional Black Caucus and others who wanted to participate. We did focus on election reform. It is extremely important. We have a very rich history in this country of making sure we correct the wrongs and we open up this country to participation by all of those who would wish to participate in this democracy. When we see a problem, we move to correct it. This focus today on election reform is about that. We will be working to make sure we correct the problems in the system.
