I would like to again remind Mr. Barr that between 2014 and 2020, his State received $10 million in total export value. I would also like to remind this body that he did not support reauthorization in the past. He does not do it now. I don't know if there will ever be a good enough bill to have him and the ranking member support Export-Import. Mr. Chair, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Garcia).
