ELIMINATION OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF V-22 OSPREY AIRCRAFT. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D-- (1) the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for aircraft procurement, Navy, as specified in the corresponding funding table in division D, is hereby reduced by $2,224,817,000, with the amount of the reduction to be derived from Line 009 V-22 (Medium Lift) as set forth in the table under section 4101; and (2) the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for aircraft procurement, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in division D, is hereby reduced by $339,865,000, with the amount of the reduction to be derived from Line 019 V22-Osprey as set forth in the table under section 4101.
