I want to express my support for House Resolution 1638, which celebrates National GEAR UP Day--a chance for all of us to recognize the GEAR UP program's accomplishments and its success in increasing the accessibility of college for those students who need it the most. I urge my colleagues to join me in supporting this resolution.
