It's by providing health care for everybody and helping those who can't afford it and helping small businesses who find it very difficult to provide health care for their workers, helping them bridge the gap between what it costs and what they can afford. Let's talk about the argument that we hear that many people think we should hold out for the perfect plan that this isn't, and we know it.
