Again, I ask my colleagues to join me in supporting this resolution to honor and salute golf legend Juan Antonio ``Chi Chi'' Rodriguez for his commitment to Latino youth programs of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Mr. Rodriguez uses his experience and his career success to expand opportunities for disadvantaged youth, and he helps them reach their full potential. I thank Representative Baca for his leadership in bringing this resolution forward.
