That is an appalling accusation. Our men and women fight hard to protect people in our custody every single day.

Bottom line, our constitutional rights do not disappear at the border.

I have never been asked to do anything illegal.

I think what happened to Oscar and Valeria is a tragedy. I think they deserve better.
