Border barrier is a proven technique. We have got 654 miles of it. It has been effective where we have applied it, reducing crossings 90 percent and more in key areas of San Diego, Yuma, El Paso, Nogales.

I think what happened to Oscar and Valeria is a tragedy. I think they deserve better.
