Kevin K. McAleenan: “That is the lawful, appropriate way to seek asylum in the U.S.”

This looks to me like an ideological backdoor scheme to slash Medicaid.

I respectfully ask this committee to continue to support them with the resources and authorities they need.

Bottom line, our constitutional rights do not disappear at the border.

We should be addressing those asylum claims at the border.
