We would not ask our law enforcement professionals to violate the law.

But we did--and I did want to remove those criminal--that criminal element, of those who were also undocumented immigrants. It worked incredibly well.

Nobody wants children to be separated from their parents, and we all want to ensure that children are treated with dignity.

I respectfully ask this committee to continue to support them with the resources and authorities they need.
