I feel like I have walked into the middle of the same movie I was in a week ago. Why are we debating this matter? This is the same thing we did last week. Mr. Speaker, we might as well just play the tapes of last week's debate. All the same things are being said all over again. Mr. Speaker, the gentleman from Wisconsin, I think he has got that 'tax cuts for the rich' down like a mantra. He says it over and over again and cannot remember what the words are, they just pour out the same way.
