“reclaiming my time, there is certainly no difference between us in terms of our intent to provide the best possible opportunities for people who are outside the workforce to be trained for jobs that can provide them a higher standard of living and to provide those protections for individuals that are needed in a very dynamic economy. We simply feel that by reason of the economy growing so fast and unemployment being so low and employment being so high that there is simply less demand than there is where the economy is not performing that way as it has sometimes in the past. So I do not think there is any real disagreement among us except that we feel that these are lower priorities than others in the bill given our need to choose priorities given this very, very strong economy. Mr. Chairman, I continue to reserve my point of order.”
