I believe that we are doing better now in terms of overall support for IDEA than we have ever done in the past. And while I agree with the gentleman, we have to do as much more as we possibly can, I think we have done a very, very good job of increasing funding for this vital program. This amendment would not make any substantial difference in what we have accomplished.
