“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. _. REPORT ON POLICY RELATING TO HUMAN RIGHTS, NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION, BALLISTIC MISSILES, AND REGIONAL TERRORISM IN IRAN. Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to Congress a report (which may contain a classified annex) outlining the policy of the United States with respect to human rights, nuclear proliferation, the ballistic missile program, and regional terrorism in Iran. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 891, the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Porter) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
