I am certain that we in California have an argument why we need to do this because everywhere I go, people are saying we have to stop Trump.

In Congress I held the Trump administration's feet to the fire when they hurt Americans. As governor, I won't ever back down when Trump hurts Californians.

I’m going to hold myself to that standard, to do better and to acknowledge that I fell short.

What we need is new ideas, a willingness to take on dangerous leaders and their corrupt enablers.
