I do not think notification would ever occur, because I think in almost every case the teenager would simply not go to the clinic. They would not get the counseling, they would not get the information, they would not know about sexually transmitted diseases, they would not get contraceptives. It simply would cause the clinic to stop functioning and stop providing those services.
