The safety of every Angeleno is my top priority

Mayor Bass is determined to ensure the safety and accessibility of streets and sidewalks for Angelenos, no matter how they bike, roll, walk or ride.

Despite communication about City, State, and Federal laws and parameters, Jonathan has chosen to continue to pursue his own course of action.

The Palisades community has been through an unimaginable year, and my heart breaks for every family that won’t be able to be home this holiday season. But today is an important moment of hope.

With more and more projects nearing completion across Pacific Palisades, the City of Los Angeles remains committed to expediting every aspect of the rebuilding process, until every family is back home.

Make no mistake: our city’s firefighters are heroes every day. We owe it to them and the people of Los Angeles to make sure that their fire department is led, organized and ready for whatever emergencies may arise.

A full understanding of the Lachman fire response is essential to an accurate accounting of what occurred during the January wildfires.

This puts the former vice president in danger and I look forward to working with the governor to make sure Vice President Harris is safe in Los Angeles.
