Juan Carlos Vargas is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for California's 51st congressional district since January 3, 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Vargas has focused on issues such as immigration reform, healthcare, and environmental protection during his time in office. He has been an advocate for the rights of immigrants and has worked to address the challenges faced by his constituents in California.
