Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 23, line 23, strike ``and''. Page 24, line 2, strike the period and insert a semicolon. Page 24, after line 2, insert the following: (3) nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit or prevent health care workers, social service workers, and other personnel from reporting violent incidents to appropriate law enforcement.
