this is bipartisan, bicameral. We have enormous support around this, because it will lead to 10,000 physicians working in underserved communities in California over the next 10 years.

This disproportionately affects rural and underserved communities like mine.

if we actually make reimbursement rates higher in medically underserved areas, if we make NIH research go more toward medically underserved areas, we can actually entice a lot of doctors and nurses to come to areas that are desperately…
