The American people must have OVERSIGHT and the ACCOUNTABILITY to ensure that all derivative trading occurs in light of day, and is above the board.

It seems like from the other side of the aisle they want less regulations, but we have to keep in mind that the regulations are good because we have to protect the consumer and the stockholders.
