I think everyone is aware of, that we are in a crisis mode, as it relates to the conditions of American forests caused by not only climate change, but a multitude of factors.

We spend all the money that we set aside for forest management, and we end up in the billions of dollars spending money for fire suppression.

Yes, I think it is the Wild West, and guess what, the Wild West was an opportunity for new development and new opportunities in America.
