Our message is extremely simple: Care, not cuts.

I believe that Azerbaijan has not lived up to their agreements that had been a part of this peace effort.

President Putin's actions are that of a war criminal in terms of their violation of human rights.

Do you want to punish the people of the valley and prevent them from receiving monies that they, as taxpayers, deserve----
