The 6th and 7th Circuits found--after the implementation of HUD's rule--that the Fair Housing Act applies to property insurance, while the 4th Circuit found--before the rule--that it does not. I would also say to the gentleman that it is my hope that the Supreme Court will weigh in on this issue so that the uncertainty can be dispelled.
