I will take 30 seconds. The House has expressed its will in many ways regarding LIHEAP. We are going to do what is right regarding that funding for 2006 and 2007. To send it back to committee would kill this bill. The Members have done a fabulous job in a very bipartisan way producing a fine product. I ask for an ``aye'' vote on final passage and against the gentleman's motion. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Without objection, the previous question is ordered on the motion to recommit.
